Email correspondence
The website does not contain a contact form. Email links open the email application configured on your device. BLG receives a message only when you choose to send it. We use your email address, any name you provide, and the content and attachments you send to handle your enquiry and any agreed work. Senders are not automatically subscribed to newsletters. Messages are not automatically entered into AI tools. Please do not send credentials or sensitive information that is not needed.
Navigation and technical data
Back and Forward navigation uses the browser tab’s session storage. The website navigation history is not sent to BLG. The website code does not set cookies and does not include advertising, analytics, external forms or LinkedIn tracking. The hosting provider may process technical data required to operate and secure the service, such as IP addresses, dates, times and requested resources.
Hosting, email and access to data
BLG email is provided by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. The website is prepared for publication with the same provider. Messages arrive in the info@bridgeleadergroup.ch mailbox; the website does not create a copy or archive of them. Your own email provider takes part in delivery under its own terms. BLG and its appointed providers have access to data to the extent necessary to handle communications and operate the services. We do not sell contact data.
Retention
We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to respond to enquiries and carry out agreed work. Data that is no longer needed is deleted, subject to applicable retention duties. Your rights
Processing is subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and other applicable provisions. Within the limits of applicable law, you may request information about your data, access, rectification or erasure, and communicate an objection to processing. Links to LinkedIn profiles and content open an external service governed by its own privacy notices. We do not embed LinkedIn feeds or tracking tools. We update this notice when the website’s data processing changes.
